The raw and average scores reflect the school district’s degree of compliance with the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (ABR), as determined primarily through the schools self-assessment of its implementation of the ABR. Please note that a school and district that scores between 50 and 75 would regularly meet or exceed the expectations set forth within the School Self-Assessment. The Atlantic Highlands Elementary School District continues to strive towards compliance under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights, and to deliver an optimal social and emotional atmosphere for our students.
